Creative exercise in Biology

Visual learning strategies can really help with understanding new concepts. This week our A-Level Biology students researched the history of the development of the fluid mosaic model of cell membranes and used this to create a physical model in the classroom. They will apply this knowledge next week in their required practical on permeability of cell membranes at different temperatures.
