Inspiring visit from Rhian Cleverly, Captain of Brentford FC

We were delighted to welcome Rhian Cleverly, Captain of Brentford FC, to The Angmering School through LoveLocalJobs.

Rhian inspired our Year 8 students with an engaging presentation, sharing her experiences, career journey and giving advice on how to remain positive and achieving resilience .

She then went on to work with a group of Year 7 and 8 girls who have a particular interest in sport, delivering an interactive workshop designed to encourage confidence, ambition and a belief in what they can achieve.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to meet an inspirational female leader in sport, ask questions and gain a valuable insight into the dedication, teamwork and determination needed to succeed.

A huge thank you to Rhian and LoveLocalJobs for inspiring our students and championing the importance of wellbeing and positive female role models!
