Complaints
The Angmering School is a very good school but we are not complacent. We are always aiming to improve. We believe that everyone who is associated with the school deserves the highest standards of service.
Our procedure for dealing with general complaints (other than curriculum) starts with referral to the relevant teacher. More detail about the procedures is available on the school website www.angmering.w-sussex.sch.uk or from the school reception desk.
Concerns about the curriculum should be addressed in the first instance to the relevant teacher, this may be a subject teacher, Head of Faculty or Year team Leader. If the matter needs further attention it should be taken to the Headteacher. If the issue remains unresolved Education Office (South) should be approached by letter. They will arrange for the complaint to be dealt with by either the Governing Body or the Education Committee as appropriate.
